Before we arrive
A little preparation goes a long way in making sure our team can get to work safely and efficiently. Here's how you can prepare your home and property before we arrive:
Move vehicles away from the work area to avoid dust, debris, or accidental damage.
Remove patio furniture, grills, potted plants, and other outdoor items from areas where we'll be working.
Cover pools, hot tubs, and sensitive landscaping, if needed.
Work on your home's roof, siding, or exterior can create vibrations that may affect the walls inside. Consider removing fragile items from walls and shelves, such as picture frames, mirrors, and décor.
Expect some noise—if you work from home or have pets that may be sensitive to loud sounds, you may want to make arrangements.
While we do our best to minimize inconvenience, some projects may require limited access to certain parts of your home.
Let us know about any scheduling concerns in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
During the project
We take safety seriously and will have equipment, tools, and materials on-site throughout the project. Please keep children and pets away from work areas for their safety.
We'll keep you updated on our progress, any unexpected findings, and any adjustments needed along the way. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask.
Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable. If extreme conditions make it unsafe or unwise for us to work, depending on the material, we may need to reschedule specific tasks. We'll communicate with you as soon as possible if this happens.
After the work is done
We respect your home and property. Our team will remove debris, sweep for nails, and leave your space as clean as possible.
We'll walk you through the completed work, answer any questions, and ensure you're completely satisfied with the results.
If applicable, we'll go over any warranty details and provide information on how to maintain your new roof, siding, or repairs.
